- Lime juice 1/2 lime

- 3
Blend the watermelon flesh with the lime juice until juicy and mostly smooth.
- 4
Pour the watermelon into a Ninja Creami pint, without exceeding the MAX FILL line.
- 5
Close with the storage lid and freeze flat for 24 hours.
- 6
The next day, place the pint in your Ninja Creami.
- 7
Run the SORBET program.
- 8
If the texture is powdery or crumbly, run a RE-SPIN.
Tips
- Use a very sweet watermelon, because there is no added sugar in the base.
- Watermelon is naturally high in water, so a RE-SPIN is almost always worth it.
- If your watermelon is not very sweet, add 10 to 15 g of maple syrup before freezing.
