Ingredients

  • Seedless watermelon flesh 350 g
  • Lime juice 1/2 lime

Steps

  1. 1

Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove any seeds if needed.

  2. 2

    Press half a lime.

  3. 3

Blend the watermelon flesh with the lime juice until juicy and mostly smooth.

  4. 4

Pour the watermelon into a Ninja Creami pint, without exceeding the MAX FILL line.

  5. 5

Close with the storage lid and freeze flat for 24 hours.

  6. 6

The next day, place the pint in your Ninja Creami.

  7. 7

    Run the SORBET program.

  8. 8

If the texture is powdery or crumbly, run a RE-SPIN.

Tips

  • Use a very sweet watermelon, because there is no added sugar in the base.
  • Watermelon is naturally high in water, so a RE-SPIN is almost always worth it.
  • If your watermelon is not very sweet, add 10 to 15 g of maple syrup before freezing.
