- Water 330 ml
- Maple syrup 55 g

Zest 1 lemon, keeping only the yellow part of the peel and avoiding the bitter white pith.

Press all 4 lemons to extract the juice.

Mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, water, and maple syrup until fully combined.

Taste the mixture and adjust with a little more maple syrup if your lemons are very sharp.

Pour into a Ninja Creami pint, without exceeding the MAX FILL line.

Close with the storage lid and freeze flat for 24 hours.

The next day, place the pint in your Ninja Creami.
