Ingredients
- Semi-skimmed milk 200 ml
- Unsweetened almond milk 150 ml
- Chocolate protein powder 30 g
- Cocoa powder 10 g
- Maple syrup 10 g
- Vanilla extract 5 ml
- Salt 1 g
Steps

Add the semi-skimmed milk, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.

Blend until the cocoa and protein powder are fully combined.

Pour into a Ninja Creami pint, without exceeding the MAX FILL line.

Close with the storage lid and freeze flat for 24 hours.

The next day, place the pint in your Ninja Creami.

Run the LITE ICE CREAM program.

If the texture is crumbly, add a small splash of milk and run a RE-SPIN.
Tips
- For a deeper chocolate flavor, add 5 g more cocoa powder.
- If your protein powder is already very sweet, skip the maple syrup.
- A pinch of salt helps the chocolate flavor feel rounder.
