Ingredients
- Frozen raspberries 500 g
- Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
- Honey 42 g

In a saucepan, gently warm the raspberries over low heat, just enough to soften them.

Mash the raspberries to release all their juice.

Strain the seeds using a fine sieve. The filtering does not need to be perfect.

Blend the strained raspberries until smooth.

Add the lemon juice and honey, then mix until fully incorporated.

Pour into a Ninja Creami pint, without exceeding the MAX FILL line.

Place the storage lid on the pint, then freeze flat for 24 hours.

The next day, place the pint in your Ninja Creami.

Tips
- For an even more intense flavor, keep the filtering slightly imperfect to preserve as much raspberry pulp as possible.
- If your raspberries are very tart, you can add a little more honey before freezing.
