Ingredients
- Lemons 4 pieces
- Fresh basil 20 leaves
- Heavy cream 100 ml
- Whole milk 100 ml
- Sugar 80 g

Infuse the basil leaves in the cream for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, zest the lemons, then squeeze them to get about 200 ml of juice.

Mix the lemon juice with the sugar until fully dissolved.

Strain the infused cream, then mix it with the whole milk, lemon syrup, and zest.

Tips
- To replace the sugar, use about 105 g of honey. The texture will be a little softer and the flavor slightly rounder.
- For a milder lemon flavor, slightly increase the quantity of sugar or honey.
